B&G Foods Announces Proposed Credit Agreement Refinancing

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2017-- B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS) announced today that it intends to refinance its senior secured credit facility by reducing the interest rate applicable to $640 million of tranche B term loans, increasing the aggregate commitments under its revolving credit facility from $500 million to $700 million, and extending the maturity date applicable to its revolving credit facility. The consummation of the refinancing is subject to market and other conditions, including the completion of definitive agreements and customary closing conditions. There can be no assurance that the refinancing will occur, or, if it does, as to the terms of the refinancing.
