Regina Receives American Culinary Federation
Seal of Approval
Roseland,
NJ – Three Regina® brand products earned the
American Culinary Seal of Approval after passing a comprehensive
evaluation process administered by a group of ACF certified
chefs and other industry experts.
Regina® Red
Wine Vinegar, Regina® Cooking
Sherry and Regina® Cooking
Sauterne have been authorized
to use the ACF Seal of Approval in connection with the
promotion, marketing and labeling of the products for
a three-year period.
The products were evaluated according to rigorous quality
and packaging standards, including flavor, texture, consistency,
color, appearance, container, label, product positioning,
product function, consumer appearance and microbiology
stability.
"Because Regina is the only brand of vinegar
and cooking wine that has earned the ACF Seal of Approval,
we are excited with this opportunity to further distinguish
the brand in the marketplace," said Marvin Schwinder,
Director of Marketing for B&G Foods, Inc., the parent
company of Regina. "Regina is the #1 brand among professional
chefs and restaurants, and one of the most popular selling
wine vinegars for the past 50 years."
The ACF established the Seal of Approval program to
assure the accurate identification of high-quality products
and their labeling claims.Regina products are produced
