Apricot Cookies






 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup POLANER Sugar Free Apricot Preserves

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and chill 1 to 2 hours til firm.
2. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets, press down slightly. Bake
at 350 10 - 12 minutes. Makes 1 dozen
