Low Calorie Restuffed Potatoes






 

Ingredients

  • 2 medium baked potatoes
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbls. skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 slice low calorie cheese, cubed
  • chives, (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon WRIGHTS Natural Hickory Seasoning

Directions

Slit potatoes and scoop out centers. Mix yogurt, milk, Wright’s Natural Hickory Seasoning, pepper, and cheese with meat of potatoes. Restuff and to with chives or green onions.

Makes 2 servings.
