Kicked Up Baked Chicken with Emeril’s Orange Herb Poppyseed Marinade
Rinse chicken well under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.
Season chicken with Emeril's Original Essence and place in the Ziplock bag.
Add the Emeril's Orange Poppyseed Marinade and turn over several times to evenly distribute marinade. Refrigerate chicken and allow to marinate at least 2 hours, and up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place chicken in a roasting pan and allow to bake for 1 1/2 hours, or to an internal temperature (in the deepest part of the thigh) of 165 degrees F.
